The Arrows A1/2A was a widely successful racing car that first debuted in Formula One in 1978. Developed by the Arrows racing team, it was designed to be a premier race car that could compete with the fastest cars of its time. The A1/2A employed a Ford Cosworth DFV (Double Four-Valve) 3.0-litre V8 engine that was capable of reaching speeds of up to 351 kilowatts and 470 horsepower.
