The Ducati 1199 Panigale S (2011) is a pinnacle supersport performance machine that offers state-of-the-art engineering and unparalleled design. It is powered by a 1198cc L-Twin engine with Desmodromic Variable Timing (DVT) and 195 horsepower for maximum power and acceleration. It features a newly designed chassis with a hybrid frame consisting of light aluminum tubes and steel-trellis, steering head angle at 24.5 deg, adjustable footpegs, 43mm Sachs Forks, a Marzocchi single-shock rear suspension tunable with a fully adjustable Sachs shock, and forged Marchesini alloy wheels. It has a host of modern electronics, including an eight-level traction control system, three adjustable riding modes, and launch control. The coveted 'S' package brings advanced features like Brembo Monobloc brake calipers and a fully adjustable Ohlins suspension system for superb control on the track. For an aggressive look, the Panigale S includes a half-fairing design, bar-end mirrors, and a Class-A Enzo 2.0 tail section. It also has Ducati Quick Shifter and Smart EC 2.1 for ultra-quick performance without the need to let off the throttle. In short, the Ducati 1199 Panigale S is a beast that combines extreme performance and control in a lightweight package.
