The PZL P.38.Wilk was a Polish fighterbomber developed by the stateowned PZL factory with the guidance of the lead designer F.Mistal in 1937. Work on the project was expected to be completed after German forces occupied the country in 1939. Engineers failed to achieve the necessary speed characteristics the aircraft constantly pursued diverse kinds of problems in the operation of the systems so it was repeatedly sent for rework. Not entered into serial production. For its time the project was promising and interesting but simultaneous design of the aircraft and its engine was carried out at which all adjustments of the power plant were carried out on the keen glider.
