PZL 130 Orlik was a turboprop singleengine training aircraft for the Polish Air Force. Developed in the early 80s by PZL WarszawaOkecie as part of a complex that also included a simulator and automated diagnostic system. Around 50 Orlik aircraft were currently in operation worldwide. In order to better simulate the characteristics of the jet fighter a wing with a low aspect ratio and a Soviet radial engine Vedeneeva M14 Pm were delivered which in series production was planned to be replaced by a domestic one.
