The Object 268 was a Soviet-era heavy tank destroyer developed in the late 1950s and early 1960s. It was designed to replace the ISU-152 tank destroyer, which was in service with the Soviet Army at the time. The Object 268 was armed with a powerful 152mm gun, which was capable of firing high-explosive, armor-piercing, and HEAT rounds. It had a range of up to 3 kilometers and was capable of destroying enemy tanks at long distances.
