Specifications Benelli 99 Sei (1984) blueprint

The Benelli 99 Sei was a classic sportsbike produced between 1984 and 1989. Introduced at the Cologne Motorcycle Show of 1984, this motorcycle had a stunning style and incomparable performance that made it an instant classic. With a front suspension featuring 40 mm Marzocchi telescopic forks, the Benelli 99 Sei was exceptionally agile and had one of the best suspensions in its class. Its engine was an impressive inline six-cylinder, four-stroke configuration that was capable of producing 57 horsepower at 8,500 rpm. The Benelli 99 Sei was equipped with a five-speed, constant-mesh transmission and a metal chain-drive for dependability on the open roads. It had a Dry-sump lubrication system and hydraulic disc brakes on the front and rear, making it an ideal racing bike. Aside from its impeccable performance, the trick was also in its look. Its open loop frame was a design meant to mimic the flowing lines of the human body. Its teardrop fuel tank, aluminum fenders, and air-cooled square-ish frame all worked together to give the Benelli 99 Sei a sleek and elegant look. It also came in a wide range of colors, including classic red, blue, yellow, and black. The Benelli 99 Sei was a timeless classic that was synonymous with Italian style and performance.
