The Chaparral 2H OW 1969 is a two-seat, open-wheeled race car developed and manufactured by Chaparral Cars. It is powered by a lightweight aluminum block Chevrolet V-8 engine with an output of 320 horsepower. The car is also equipped with a Hewland 5-speed transmission and a double wishbone suspension system with coil-over dampers. The 2H OW, which stands for open wheel, is one of the most successful open-wheelers in Chaparrals history. It is renowned for its light weight and quick cornering ability.
