The AJS Supercharged Vfour (1939) is a unique, two-stroke engined 2.3 litre motorbike that was produced by the Associated Motor Cycles group. The motorcycle was designed to be an impressive and powerful sports bike that was capable of achieving impressive levels of speed. It featured a series of advanced features for its time, including four valves per cylinder, overhead valves, a pre-selector gearbox, and a supercharger which allowed it to produce 45 bhp of power at 4,500 rpm.
