Specifications BMW Dixi Sedan 1928 blueprint

The BMW Dixi Sedan 1928 is an iconic automobile, being one of the first cars to bear the brand name of the Bavarian Motor Works. The car was created in Munic, Germany and was the first successfully-produced car for the company. The car itself is a 4 door sedan with the classic 1920s styling and design, bearing a slightly rounded and upright design with the large bonnet stretching up to the base of the windscreen. The car is quite large and long, measuring 4.4m in length and 1.82m in width, with a luggage capacity of 700 litres and a fuel tank of 16 litres. The design of the car is quite traditional, with the bodywork and exterior painted in grey or black with bright chrome accents along the body and a black radiator grille. The models come with either a 3 or 4 passenger configuration and a standard bucket seat for the driver and the front passenger. The car's interior is quite simple and classic, with a central wooden dashboard, an analogue clock in the middle and a few dials and knobs. A classic three-spoke steering wheel is also available, and the car is powered by a 747cc (0.747L) flat-twin boxer engine providing 15 hp at 3000rpm. The car has a 3-speed gearbox and is capable of reaching a top speed of 80km/h on the road. The braking system is very efficient with a set of mechanical drum brakes found at all four corners of the car. Additionally, it can provide good comfort and stability to its occupants even on rough roads thanks to its suspension featuring double transverse leaf springs at the front and rigid axels at the rear. In conclusion, the BMW Dixi Sedan 1928 is an iconic car, providing a glimpse into the classic designs of the 1920s. Its conservative design is ideal for a classic car collector looking for a reliable and efficient car with good comfort and stability. The performance of the car is reliable and able to match with its modern counterparts, and it is sure to remain a classic car for many more years to come.
