The Noble M14 is a prototype motor vehicle from the British manufacturer Noble, presented in 2004 at the London Motor Show. The coupe is powered by a specially modified version of the Ford Duratec 3.0 L twin-turbo V6 unit (with a displacement of 2,968 cm3) delivering a power of 406 hp (298 kW) at 6,100 rpm, mated to a gearbox. 6-speed manual. The engine developed a torque of 522 N m at 4,750 rpm. The car was to have a power-to-mass ratio of 271 kW / t, which allowed a 0 to 97 km / h in 4.3 s and a Vmax of 306 km / h. The cars stated objective is to compete with the Porsche 911 Turbo and Ferrari 360 Modena. Its selling price was estimated at 75,000. At the first laps of the prototype wheels, Lee Noble noticed that the new model did not provide enough improvements compared to the models already produced to justify the price difference. The project was stopped and the developments were transferred to the M15 project, a preproduction prototype of which was presented in 2015 on the Top Gear show. Finally, after the end of the M15 project, the M600 took over.
