The Honda RA107 F1 GP OW 2007 is a racing car designed and built to compete in the 2007 Formula 1 season. It is a single-seater vehicle with a monocoque chassis made from carbon fibre and aluminium honeycomb. The car is powered by a 2.4-litre V8 engine from the Japanese manufacturer Honda, which produces around 830bhp at 18,000 rpm. It is capable of reaching speeds of up to 350km/h. A 7-speed semi-automatic transmission sends power to the rear wheel, while the suspension comprises of double wishbones with pushrod coil springs and dampers. The unique aerodynamic package on the Honda RA107 consists of a front and rear wing, as well as side winglets, all designed for downforce and aerodynamic efficiency. To increase its stopping power, it is equipped with AP Racing carbon ceramic brakes and Michelin racing tyres. The interior of the car is ergonomically designed for optimum driving comfort and racing efficiency.
