The Piaggo P. 108 was a longrange heavy bomber the only Italian bomber to be involved in World War II. This was a development of Piaggo with the guidance of Giovanni Kaziraga as a part of the R Program. A total of 50 units were produced from 1940 to 1943. The aircraft did not have the required speed had poor handling regardless of the fact that the vehicle was constructed with advanced technology.
